L'appartement est très bien placé, à 30 mètres se trouve un supermarché, il est proche d'une rue centrale de Fiumicino où l'on trouve des bars, deux super pâtisseries glacier, et on est à deux pas des arrêts des navettes communales, du port de plaisance et de la mer avec les restaurants. L'appartement est parfait pour une personne ou un couple. Il est propre, calme, lumineux et très bien équipé. Il y a tout. Et même une grande terrasse avec chaises longues, table pour manger dehors, et auvent qui protège du soleil. Bref, on s'y sent bien à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et Caterina est super dispo et arrangeante.
