Professionalitá e competenza da 40 anni, sempre informata sui nuovi prodotti e trattamenti anche naturali, oltre a tagli ineccepibili per uomini, donne e bambini. Sono sua cliente da quasi 30 anni ed anche adesso che vivo a Vienna (dove i parrucchieri sono del tutto incompetenti) mi presta assistenza telefonica e mi fornisce preziosissimi consigli. Lucia ed il suo team non sono solo parrucchieri, sono artisti del capello! If you value your hair, Lucia is what you are for you! Ma i capelli sono un bene da trattare con cura: una volta andati, non tornano indietro! Quello che apprezzo di Lucia, oltre a grande competenza ed esperienza, é il fatto che é sempre al corrente di nuovi prodotti sul mercato, abbandona quelli che non la convincono, ne adotta di vegani e nel rispetto del #buylocal. Dá consigli su come mantenere il capello sano anche a casa e suggerisce i trattamenti che piú si addicono, non per fare business ma perché il miglior biglietto da visita per un parrucchiere sono belle e sane capigliature in giro per il mondo! Personalmente, preferisco mangiare fuori una volta di meno ma godermi un trattamento di bellezza da Lucia. E se tante clienti vanno da Lucia da tanti anni, un motivo ci sará...
