Piatti tipici e buoni. Disponibile in menù anche la pizza. Puoi spillare quanto sidro vuoi a scelta tra due tipi. Consigliato!

Sia gli gnocchi di patata cruda che le pappardelle al ragù di cervo, benché conditi, avevano poco carattere, mancava qualcosa... come fossero stati cotti in acqua non salata. Birramisu ottimo, frittelle di mela molto meno. Sidro incluso nel coperto buono. Ma servizio piuttosto svogliato: chiesto quale fosse il "piatto del giorno": non lo sapevano. Sparecchio molto lento. Alla richiesta "scusi!" per ordinare il caffè, la cameriera, dopo aver risposto un po' brusca "arrivo subito" non si è più vista... Complessivamente al di sotto delle aspettative.

Both the raw potato gnocchi and the pappardelle with venison ragu, although seasoned, had little character, something was missing ... as if they had been cooked in unsalted water. Great birramisu, much less apple fritters. Cider included in the good cover. But rather listless service: asked what the "dish of the day" was: they didn't know. Very slow clearing. At the request "sorry!" to order the coffee, the waitress, after replying a bit abruptly "I'll be right", never saw herself again ... Overall below expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto interessante come dalle mele si possono ricavare tanti tipi di bevande e di aceto vari. Molto bello il ristorante dove si mangiano le specialita' nonese e anche pizze. C'e' possibilità di comperare i loro prodotti biologici ottimi. Se avete l' occasione di passare a Tres fermatevi ne sarete contenti. La Padrona una signora molto preparata brava e attenta complimenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sidreria. Offre una cucina tipica trentina di ottima qualità. Consiglio il tagliere di formaggi e salumi con i tortei de patate accompagnato da verdure e fagioli. Spettacolari gli ultimi tortei accompagnati con marmellata di mirtilli. Ottima birra artigianale. Sidro alla spina gratis. Provatelo! Non ha nulla da invidiare a un buon bicchiere di vino. Possibilità di acquistare prodotti a base di mela (sidro, aceto, succhi etc.) e birra artigianale. Ambiente accogliente. Personale cortese.

Ma anche birra artigianale, marmellate, sidro, aceto, succhi di frutta.
Vale il viaggio anche il punto ristoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'azienda che punta sulla territorialità e sulla rete con i produttori locali. Bellissima visita all'interno dello stabilimento per conoscere come vengono trasformate le mele per produrre il sidro, l'aceto di mele e il succo di mele. Una sezione è dedicata alle birre artigianali con produzione di alcune birre molto originali (ad esempio una radler ottenuta mischiando luppolo con succo di mela).
Al termine potete degustare tutti i prodotti dell'azienda e mangiare nel ristorante-pizzeria all'interno.
Molto consigliato perché si può conoscere da vicino la filiera delle mele. Melchiori è davvero una bella realtà.
A company that focuses on territoriality and on the network with local producers. Beautiful visit inside the factory to learn how apples are processed to make cider, apple cider vinegar and apple juice. A section is dedicated to craft beers with the production of some very original beers (for example a radler obtained by mixing hops with apple juice).
At the end you can taste all the products of the company and eat in the restaurant-pizzeria inside.
Highly recommended because you can get to know the apple supply chain up close. Melchiori is really a beautiful reality.
