a	antonella angiulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima esperienza negativa e ultima ,sono la figlia ,rimasta fuori al freddo per oltre 2 ore mezzo ,di una persona anziana che ha effettuato un esame piùttosto particolare,ansiosa per il referto e nessuna possibilità di avere notizie,provocando anche stress alla paziente .,. First negative and last experience, I am the daughter, who was out in the cold for over 2 and a half hours, of an elderly person who underwent a more particular examination, anxious for the report and no possibility of having news, also causing stress to the patient. .

Dopo avermi chiesto info e domande varie mi viene richiesto di inviare tramite whatsapp foto della richiesta medica, mi ricontattano chiedendomi il quesito diagnostico e se ero provvista di Green pass(lo sono) , dandomi appuntamento di li a un'ora. Arrivata sul posto mi comunicano che è necessario un tampone. Ora mi domando perché non mi è stato comunicato per telefono visto che ho espressamente detto di non essere del posto? Ho perso una giornata di lavoro senza concludere nulla This morning I called the Lucea Monopoli center to ask for a chest x-ray. After asking me for info and various questions, I am asked to send photos of the medical request via whatsapp, they contact me asking me the diagnostic question and if I had a Green pass (I am), giving me an appointment within an hour. Arrived on the spot they tell me that a tampon is needed. Now I wonder why it wasn't communicated to me over the phone since I specifically said I wasn't a local? I lost a day of work without getting anything done

Ho ricevuto un referto Falso/Errato e sono stata liquidata, il giorno seguente, con la scusa che c'è stato un problema con il Computer... ed io mi chiedo la dottoressa che ha firmato il referto a cosa stava pensando?! A dir poco Scandalosi! Sull salute delle persone non si scherza assolutamente! I absolutely do not recommend the Lucea Analysis Laboratory !!! Following my very bad experience last week. I received a False / Wrong report and I was liquidated, the following day, with the excuse that there was a problem with the Computer ... and I wonder what the doctor who signed the report was thinking ?! To say the least Scandalous! There is absolutely no joking about people's health!

Dal primo contatto telefonico , tra l’altro molto gentile l’operatrice Isa che mi ha servito, ho capito subito la professionalità del centro. Arrivato il giorno dell’appuntamento , oltre a notare che il laboratorio offre vari servizi e laboratori per diversi consulti medici, noto che la struttura é molto pulita. Per di più l’esame é andato bene quindi mi ha portato anche fortuna. Ormai Lucea é diventata la struttura di riferimento per la mia salute. Consigliatissima ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In need of a specific exam, recommended by a friend, I decide to contact this analysis laboratory located in Monopoli.
