In tre davanti a uno schermo e la gente che aspetta... sembra un film di Fantozzi. Se avete tempo da buttare, per il resto non è male Inefficiency bordering on ridicule. Pertanto raccomando vivamente di scegliere questa struttura, per tutelare al meglio la nostra Salute. Arrivederci al prossimo controllo . ..... Grazie ? Sarà per questo motivo che sui fogli cartacei che rilasciano non c'è traccia di recapito telefonico e indirizzo email. Reaching this center by phone is always a challenge and long waiting times !!! Un tampone il cui risultato lo si può sapere in 15 minuti.!!!! In tutto ciò, contattare la segreteria per avere una risposta più celere è una missione impossibile. My partner took a quick swab in the morning at 9, after paying they tell him the result will come in the afternoon. A swab whose result can be known in 15 minutes. !!!! L	Leonardo Cuscito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone terza generazione (risultato dopo 2 o 3 ore) eseguito alle ore 08:15 il 30 dicembre (mi serviva l'esito per le ore 16:00 del medesimo giorno). Green pass ricevuto alle ore 18 e 45 del 30 dicembre, e referto e fattura ad oggi 4 gennaio non ancora ricevuti. Servizio del centralino inefficiente con rimbalzo delle responsabilità tra il centro di Gioia del Colle e il laboratorio di Putignano e personale addetto al ricevimento delle telefonate che sminuisce dicendo "eeeeeeh, mo ti arriverà...(scaduto)". Risultato: ho dovuto effettuare anche un rapido altrove. 2 stelle invece che 1 solo perché il dottore addetto ai prelievi è stato super professionale, delicato e gentile. Third generation buffer (result after 2 or 3 hours) performed at 08:15 on December 30th (I needed the result by 16:00 on the same day). Green pass received at 18.45 on 30 December, and report and invoice as of 4 January not yet received. Inefficient switchboard service with rebound of responsibilities between the Gioia del Colle center and the Putignano laboratory and staff in charge of receiving phone calls who downplay it by saying "eeeeeeh, mo it will come to you ... (expired)". Result: I also had to do a quick elsewhere. 2 stars instead of 1 just because the doctor in charge of the samples was super professional, delicate and kind.
