Mi sono rivolta a questo negozio per un regalo di nozze a distanza. Vivendo a Londra e non potendo visitare per colpa del COVID ho trovato Lucchetta Cornici online e ho comunicato con il signor Roberto via email. Nonostante i problemi di spedizione e ritardi doganali (dovuti alla pandemia e alla Brexit), Roberto è stato gentilissimo e si è veramente superato per aiutarmi a realizzare questo regalo cosí importante: inizialmente con foto delle cornici disponibili per aiutarmi a scegliere e con i preventivi relativi e una descrizione chiara e dettagliata dei costi per ogni opzione e successivamente anticipando la tassa per sdoganare la stampa da incorniciare. Servizio altamente consigliato, professionalità e gentilezza assolute, gli sono veramente grata.

I approached this shop for a long distance wedding gift. Living in London and not being able to visit due to COVID, I found Lucchetta Cornici online and communicated with Mr. Roberto via email. Despite the shipping problems and customs delays (due to the pandemic and Brexit), Roberto was very kind and really went out of his way to help me make this very important gift: initially with photos of the frames available to help me choose and with the relative quotes and a clear and detailed description of the costs for each option and subsequently anticipating the fee to clear the print to be framed. Highly recommended service, absolute professionalism and kindness, I am really grateful to him.
