A mio parere una scelta per nulla professionale: far pagare 100€ un intervento a vuoto mi pare assurdo (intervento durato meno di un'ora) e la promessa di sconto ha solo un tornaconto per l'azienda che di fatto mi obbligava ad acquistare da loro. Infine dovevano mandarmi entro qualche giorno un preventivo, dopo un mese non è arrivato nulla. Tecnici inviati in casa con la positività di effettuare i lavori inizio primavera 2021, con muratore che doveva venire a fare un lavoro subito a gennaio (di poche ore). CONTATTO IO loro a fine gennaio, primi di febbraio, e mi liquidano con una mail informale che i lavori non si faranno ne ora ne mai. Su richiesta della documentazione firmata da un tecnico qualificato che mi metta nero su bianco le problematiche relative all'esecuzione dei lavori. Mi viene risposto che i soldi che ho pagato non coprono nemmeno i costi sostenuti e che provvederanno a soddisfare le mie richieste è che comunque d'ufficio hanno deciso di non procedere ai lavori richiesti. Ad oggi 10 maggio attendo ancora la documentazione richiesta. Grazie tanto allarmi green energy per avermi fatto perdere 1 anno senza motivo. Molto professionali gli installatori che si sono mostrati disponibili a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti in fase di montaggio. Assistenza per ora super, li ho chiamati 2 volte per "tarare" meglio l'allarme e sono prontamente intervenuti. L'allarme funziona bene e l'app per la gestione è facile e intuitiva.
