Quando arrivano amici non genovesi li porto qui per i regali e i souvenir, restano a bocca aperta! Sarebbe da inserire nel patrimonio UNESCO!
Historic shop that remains as it was 60 years ago, as far as I remember.
When non-Genoese friends arrive, I bring them here for gifts and souvenirs, they are amazed! It would be included in the UNESCO heritage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucarda dovrebbe essere segnalato ai turisti, ai quali non sarebbe consentito lasciare Genova senza avere acquistato almeno una pidocchiera blu, la maglia di lana dei marinai, o una boxer, la camicia di chambray, uno dei tanti capi proposti da questo negozio storico, basato su un'offerta caratteristica ma anche sulla simpatia degli esercenti: che, da queste parti, è la merce più rara.
Lucarda should be pointed out to tourists, who would not be allowed to leave Genoa without having purchased at least a blue head lice, the sailors' wool sweater, or a boxer, the chambray shirt, one of the many garments offered by this historic shop, based on a characteristic offer but also on the sympathy of the merchants: which, in these parts, is the rarest commodity.
