★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come Luca sono S.f.e.r.a. Coach, anche se non abbiamo frequentato la scuola negli stessi anni. L'incontro con Luca è avvenuto molti anni dopo, mentre cercavo uno spazio per il mio seminario e lui gestiva il centro kokoro ed è stato subito un "parlare con lo stesso linguaggio".
Sia al telefono dalla prima volta che poi di persona ho avuto modo di apprezzarne la professionalità e precisione insieme a quel senso di "naturalezza" e reale senso di accoglienza che non sempre si trova in chi si occupa di coaching, al di fuori del mondo S.f.e.r.a.

Ero alla ricerca di un percorso introspettivo, che mi aiutasse a ritrovare le energie e rimettere in equilibrio il corpo e la mente che, a seguito di un lutto, un lungo periodo fisicamente ed emotivamente faticoso, tante preoccupazioni ed un nuovo lavoro pressante.. era completamente saltato.
Mi è stato proposto un breve percorso di coaching, circa 8 incontri gestiti col massimo della flessibilità reciproca, che mi ha aiutata tantissimo e quasi da subito.
Luca è stato molto attento a me ed al mio vissuto, mi ha fornito gli strumenti per rimettermi in contatto con me stessa, per ritrovare la calma e la concentrazione, per guardare le cose anche da altre prospettive.
Una persona onesta e lucida, a cui consiglio di rivolgersi qualora si avesse bisogno di un supporto esterno.
I met Luca while I was looking for information on activities carried out at the Kokoro Center. I was looking for an introspective journey that would help me to find the energy and balance the body and mind that, after a grief, a long period physically and emotionally tiring, so many worries and a new pressing job .. it was completely skipped.
I was offered a short coaching course, about 8 meetings managed with the utmost mutual flexibility, which helped me a lot and almost immediately.
Luca was very attentive to me and to my experience, he provided me with the tools to get back in touch with myself, to find calm and concentration, to look at things even from other perspectives.
An honest and lucid person, whom I recommend to contact if you need external support.

Ho avuto modo di seguire, di recente , alcuni lavori che ha svolto come coach, in contesti di riorganizzazione di equipe e di apprezzarne la capacità di analisi, ascolto e reindirizzo di obiettivi e azioni. I am known Luca for several years now and always will I respect his ability broader view on things, strategy and positive thinking. I have been able to follow, recently, some jobs that he carried out as a coach, in contexts of team reorganization and to appreciate his ability to analyze, listen and redirect objectives and actions. For those who need help to understand the present and find tools to look a little further ... I highly recommend a nice chat with him!
