Ho una perdita al water e prendo appuntamento: non viene lui ma un garzone che nel fare il lavoro per errore mi rompe la ceramica del water. Per le prime settimane mi ha continuato a promettere che sarebbe venuto a sostituirlo, dopo un mese di prese in giro ha smesso di rispondere al telefono!! Diffidate assolutamente. Aggiornamento: dopo due mesi di inseguimento (e solo a seguito di questa review negativa) mi hanno cambiato la tazza che mi avevano rotto con una di qualità decisamente più scadente..se ciò non bastasse senza dirmi nulla hanno ABBANDONATO la tazza rotta nel cortile del palazzo senza portarsela via!! Ho dovuto chiamare io azienda rifiuti per smaltimento..senza parole. Absolutely not recommended, zero professionalism. Con mia sorella abbiamo messo due caldaie prezzo esagerato qualità pessima .Una delle due caldaie non è stato fatto lo scarico della condensazione quindi rovinata parete . Invece l'altra per fortuna c'era già il tubo dello scarico della condensa che mi ha fatto pagare come se l'avesse fatto lui . .........senza parole. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!! Vengo a scoprire che il tubo che tutte le caldaie a condensazione devono avere e che va a tetto NON è stato messo! arrecandomi un danno a me e ai vicini, oltre alla documentazione del 7e30 sbagliata ripetutamente. Nel avvisarlo mi risponde che ci siamo svegliati dopo un anno? Ed ammettendo l'assurda dimenticanza dice che sarebbe venuto tra qualche giorno. Ma dopo il danno arrecatomi preferisco pagare e rivolgermi a qualcuno che sappia cosa sta facendo considerato che con le caldaie non si scherza! Successivamente a risposte cordiali anche se non tempestive, il sig Troiano è poi sparito e ha smesso di rispondere una volta giunti al momenti di fare. Non risponde a messaggi, email e PEC. Ora ci troviamo in urgenza con un problema da risolvere, un lavoro pagato puntualmente a fronte di un prodotto non congruo e totale assenza di risposta.
