Lo studio compare tra i migliori della città e non è un caso. Ho fatto praticamente tutto:colore, schiariture di un ramato meraviglioso, taglio e piaga. Supersoddisfatta di tutto. Personale qualificato e gentile. Ho trovato il mio salone a Lucca. Lo consiglio. As soon as I was able I left Milan to continue the Smart working from Lucca and I needed a hairdresser. I chose it by being guided by instinct. The study appears among the best in the city and it is no coincidence. Avevo chiesto capelli mossi, un bocciolo sfatto semplicissimo da realizzare e un'ora dopo avevo i capelli lisci come spaghetti come se nn fossi nemmeno andata dal parrucchiere. Piega a parte, sono stata bruciata con il ferro a livello della tempia da una che non faceva altro che guardarsi allo specchio senza badare a quello che stava facendo infatti nn si è nemmeno accorta del danno che mi ha procurato nonostante la mia reazione al contatto col ferro. È stata vergognosa, nn ho ricevuto nemmeno un briciolo di scuse e ho pagato caro per un servizio imbarazzante e un danno visibile ed in pieno viso, non mi vedranno mai più e non consiglierò mai questo posto a nessuno. I made an appointment for a turnaround for a wedding and the result was nothing short of catastrophic. I asked for wavy hair, an unmade bud that was very easy to make and an hour later my hair was as straight as spaghetti as if I hadn't even gone to the hairdresser. Fold aside, I was burned with an iron at the level of the temple by someone who did nothing but look in the mirror regardless of what she was doing in fact she didn't even notice the damage it caused me despite my reaction to contact with iron. It was shameful, I didn't get even an iota of apology and I paid dearly for an embarrassing service and visible damage in the face, they will never see me again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Sei stato davvero molto gentile, mi hai trattata bene. Quello che mi ha generato delusione è stato però il risultato del tuo lavoro. Sono arrivata in salone con i capelli asciugati naturali cosicchè potessi notare che non sono capelli lisci e quindi vanno gestiti in un certo modo, ho chiesto una frangia lunga e una spuntatina e sono uscita con un taglio molto più corto del previsto ed una frangia che fa onestamente pietà. Ti avevo anche chiesto di tenerla più lunga ma tu hai dato un taglio netto. Hai commentato poi che sarebbe cresciuta subito, ma io penso che una donna vada dal parrucchiere per essere ascoltata e uscire soddisfatta del risultato subito, non dopo alcune settimane, in attesa che il capello ricresca. E' vero, i capelli crescono, non è un dramma, ma ti vorrei mostrare la mia frangia oggi (questo pur gestendola con la piastra). Penso che anche la ragazza che si è occupata dell'asciugatura sia rimasta un po' interdetta. You were really very kind, you treated me well. What caused me disappointment, however, was the result of your work. I arrived in the salon with natural dried hair so that I could notice that it is not straight hair and therefore must be managed in a certain way, I asked for a long fringe and a trim and I went out with a much shorter cut than expected and a fringe that does honestly have pity. I also asked you to keep it longer but you made a clean break. You then commented that it would grow immediately, but I think that a woman goes to the hairdresser to be heard and come out satisfied with the result immediately, not after a few weeks, waiting for the hair to grow back. It's true, hair grows, it's not a drama, but I'd like to show you my fringe today (this while managing it with the straightener). I think the girl who took care of the drying was also a bit dumbfounded. Thank you
