Molto soddisfatti di come siamo stati seguiti in negozio da Gianfranco, che ci ha guidati tra le varie opzioni con professionalità e disponibilità. Installatori puntuali e bravi, oggi il montaggio è andato bene, nessun intoppo. Elettrodomestici Samsung ottimi, arrivati in condizioni perfette. Molto felici. Mi riservo di scrivere una nuova recensione in futuro per valutare l'affidabilità dei materiali nel tempo. We chose a Clover kitchen. Very satisfied with how we were followed in the shop by Gianfranco, who guided us through the various options with professionalism and availability. Punctual and skilled installers, assembly went well today, no hitches. Excellent Samsung appliances, arrived in perfect condition. Very happy. I reserve the right to write a new review in the future to evaluate the reliability of the materials over time.

Li ho chiamati ma hanno detto che mi chiamavano ma per adesso non si sono fatti sentire. Per me non simerettano nemmeno una stella ??? I do not recommend it to anyone I had a very bad experience. I have fitted the kitchen with drawers that do not open chipped pieces. I called them but they said they called me but for now they have not been heard. For me they do not even simeret a star ???
e	edlira alushi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una cucina lube quest'anno, basandosi dal nome e da alcuni recensioni positivi. Risultato: delusa completamente. Alla cucina li mancavano i pezzi. Dopo 2 mesi vengono a montare una anta che mancava al prima consegna della cucina però ancora non l'hanno montata perché mancano le cerniere. C'è da cambiare la capa ma non si sa quando. Forse per Pasqua c'è la faranno . Un consiglio : meglio se andate al ikea, costano meno,e ti portano tutto in una volta I ordered a lube kitchen this year, based on the name and some positive reviews. Result: completely disappointed. The kitchen was missing the pieces. After 2 months they come to assemble a door that was missing at the first delivery of the kitchen but they still haven't mounted it because the hinges are missing. We need to change the head but we don't know when. Maybe they will do it for Easter. A tip: better if you go to ikea, they cost less, and they bring you everything at once

Alla fine la cucina è risultata più bella di come l avevo immaginata. Consegna e montaggio senza alcun inghippo. Definitely a very positive experience, Simona proved to be an attentive and very professional person in sharing ideas for the purchase of my new LUBE kitchen which I think is truly fabulous. In the end, the kitchen turned out to be more beautiful than I had imagined. Delivery and assembly without any hassle.
M	Massimo Lodigiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMBARAZZANTI Incapacità totale nel gestire la vendita e i rapporti con i clienti, previo appuntamento per preventivo io e la mia compagna siamo stati "accolti" e fermati sullo zerbino con domande da questionario al limite dell'assurdo...una specie di raccolta dati per capire chi siamo e poi trattati come nulla tenenti, con discorsi tipo che le cucine sono acquisti importanti, che hanno tanti modelli alcuni molto costosi e gli sconti di oggi non ci saranno domani...ma che me frega! Io non ho toccato e visto neppure un pensile e mi fate i conti in tasca!? Meglio così, i miei soldi non vi pagheranno lo stipendio e non ci sarà mai una prossima volta, ma se volete, andate preparati con rolex, vestito Armani e parcheggiate il Suv davanti al negozio (io purtroppo l'ho spostato perchè non avevo disco orario) così forse arrivate al tavolo per un preventivo. Aggiungo che lo stesso giorno sono andato da un concorrente, sono entrato con il mio piumino e le mie sneakers e ho scelto cucina e nessuno si è permesso di fermarmi sulla porta d'ingresso. I add that the same day I went to a competitor, I walked in with my quilt and my sneakers and I chose the kitchen and no one was allowed to stop me at the front door.

Molto seri nelle tempistiche di consegna, non hanno sgarrato di un giorno cosa molto positiva e indice di serietà. Consigliatissimi. Great professionalism and seriousness. I bought a custom-made kitchen from them, the consultant Beatrice has always been extremely helpful in planning! Very serious in the delivery times, they did not overshoot by a day, which is very positive and a sign of seriousness. Highly recommended.
