Siamo andati la settimana scorsa e ci hanno detto che bisognava prendere appuntamento, lo abbiamo preso per sabato alle 11,30 con una persona e ci hanno ribaltato ad un altro venditore quando siamo arrivati, che ci ha fatto un preventivo a spanne senza farci vedere nulla, tutto ipotizzato, dicendoci di prendere un altro appuntamento, non lo consiglio a nessuno, si è serviti meglio all'Ikea. Very nice furniture display, too bad they lose everything with the staff who work there. We went last week and they told us we had to make an appointment, we took it for Saturday at 11.30 with a person and they tipped us over to another salesman when we arrived, who gave us a quote in spans without showing us anything , all assumed, telling us to make another appointment, I do not recommend it to anyone, it was better served at Ikea.

Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti del servizio di progettazione e gli arredatori sono riusciti a soddisfarci in ogni nostra richiesta. Per non parlare del rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero impagabile. Professionalism, seriousness and punctuality make this store the real difference. We were really satisfied with the design service and the interior designers were able to satisfy our every request. Not to mention the really priceless quality / price ratio.

Il commerciale che ci ha venduto la cucina non risponde più, nello showroom ti dicono che provvedono e che non dipende da loro. Sono anni che compriamo Lube, mai successa una cosa simile. Una volta che incassano le provigioni delle vendite se ne fregano di risolverti il problema. Una vergogna. una persona spende un sacco di soldi perché pensa di essersi affidata ad un marchio solido e invece no. Forse è meglio mondo convenienza ? senza troppe balle !! Pensateci bene prima di acquistare da loro!! Poi magari in altri show-room sono più affidabili!!! I bought the kitchen in September, we are still waiting for some pieces today. The salesman who sold us the kitchen no longer responds, in the showroom they tell you that they provide and that it is not up to them. We have been buying Lube for years, such a thing has never happened. Once they collect the sales commissions they don't give a damn about solving the problem. A shame. a person spends a lot of money because they think they have relied on a solid brand but they don't. Maybe it's better world convenience ? without too much bullshit !! Think carefully before buying from them !! Then maybe in other showrooms they are more reliable !!!
