The photos could be enough on their own ... and instead .. today, 22/06/20 after more than a year that I have welded my kitchen, (the "assembly" was done on 07/27/19 ...) I have not yet solved the problems ... indeed .. in no particular order ... as seen in the photos, initially I purchased a freestanding microwave oven column, as seen in another photo I have a built-in microwave and a hole above it, the freestanding oven columns do not are in accordance with the law to shut you in a microwave, and the company does not take responsibility in case of damage .. result? they dismantle the door, leave it on the ground and install a built-in oven (which you obviously pay for it..but the tilting door will not refund you), above there is a hole because the covering band has come more short and of another color, as seen from another photo .. Let's talk about the snack .. the first time it arrived cut at 90 °, the corner of the column is 89 °, also the piece under the counter covers the electrical box, as I highlighted in a photo ... let's start with the replacements, the first time the counter arrives striped, the second arrives a rectangle, without cutting the corner to mount it to the column, they notice it in my house (!!!) and, the striped counter which has been dismantled in the meantime, is already been crawled on the asphalt under the house and reassembled like this (see photo). subsequent replacement, on March 14, the counter arrives with the ruined corner (see photo) .... THE NEXT, STILL WITHOUT DATE, WILL BE the 5th REPLACEMENT! then ... doors with dented corners, striped doors, branded shelves ... The kind staff of the store that if, rightly, you call altered, answers you "if you still raise your voice, I SLASH the phone in your face" (textual words, I swear), a person in charge of assistance who, given the lines on all anthracite pieces makes me "try to agree on a tribute ... sooner or later she would have scored the kitchen..??" and the assistance that contacts me on the 17th March, he tells me that to apologize I will be honored with two stools and, today, 22/06/20, he denies having ever told me, he accuses me of turning the words over and gives me rude. If someone wants clarifications on this, contact me as well .... since I have read responses to reviews like "you are not our customer, immediately delete the message or I'll report you" .. well .. tell me that I am not your customer .. PS. I was brought to them by a friend, who mortified her, told me that she will never bring anyone back there..great consolation..but anyway ... greetings to all. PPS. I noticed that not all the photos they see in the review ... you can find them all in my profile. PPPS. But do you really threaten people to report her for "false reviews" and then scrolling through the reviews there are also those of your employees!?!? ??? And there are also two reviews, made by "different people" with the exact same sentence and the exact same words. For heaven's sake .... I would keep the lawyers free for the defense .. instead of occupying them in accusations that, you know very well, you can't do ... luckily mine is a real review, otherwise I would have risked a complaint too .... ???

We made design the kitchen by Massimo, who was super attentive to our needs and demands making the kitchen we had planned in our fantasy head to reality. At the assembly came three guys Antonio, Mimmo and Nino that not only were super professional and attentive to mount carefully the kitchen, but also very friendly making the day enjoyable. I recommend this store to everyone both for the human relationship (any problem or inconvenience they are ready to solve immediately) and for the quality of the kitchen itself. Marco

I bought a kitchen one at this shop. After some misunderstandings, I received what was agreed. Today the attendant gave me not only the microwave oven requested but also the one I had refused when the kitchen was delivered. I will contact the company for instructions on this second oven. I repeat, despite the misunderstandings now I feel satisfied.

Kindness and courtesy .. I recommend that you rely on Massimo to find the right solution for your needs .. our cuisine is splendid and it is also thanks to him. Always available and kind at any time. So I would like to state the splendid work of Carlotta (in-store sales clerk) and Carmelo and Marino (fitters) who have always been kind and professional, but precisely the positive notes on stop here. Kitchen stopped with deposit in March 2021 with final date for assembly in July 2021. Today and I mean today November 22, 2021 we have come to an end. 6 months of delay are not acceptable due to continuous mistakes, the appointments have become 7 for a 4-meter corner kitchen at a price of 11k. I understand the historical period, the lack of materials, the covid etc., but here there have been problems that go beyond these reasons. There was no communication and collaboration between those who took the measurements, those who produce the goods, those who assemble them, etc ... In light of these delays, I asked for a small discount, I was offered an electric broom for the value of the discount I requested, after agreeing with the manager of the store I see myself offering an electric broom worth a tenth, of the one agreed on the phone, besides the damage also the insult. Hyper-pumped prices at the time of the quote, absurd discounts and then get high prices for bad service. Avoid them
