Se sul degrade ho messo l'anima in pace, qui la cosa grave è che avevo chiesto un taglio pari e mi ritrovo con un taglio scalato, capelli in alcuni punti più corti di 20 centimentri dalle punte più lunghe e sembrano sfiniti. Per vostra fortuna me ne sono resa conto a casa quando ho lavato nuovamente i capelli perché con la piega che mi avete fatto non ci si rendeva conto. Ah, orrenda anche la piega. Per più di 100 euro il peggior servizio mai avuto. Oltre al degradè neanche lontanamente vicino a ciò che avevo richiesto, erano 10 persone diverse a occuparsi della stessa persona, è normale che poi facciano un pasticcio. Non hanno avuto il buon senso di mettermi la crema sul viso prima della tintura, morale della favola pelle del viso tutta macchiata, mi hanno strofinato talmente tanto poi per cercare di togliere il colore che ho addirittura dei capillari rotti, da denuncia. Se fate scuola ai principianti vedete di non far mettere le mani sulle persone ma solo sui manichini come ho visto fare ad una delle ragazze. Assurdo, mai capitata una cosa simile. Never again!!!!
