★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased 2 wallets on 27th October 2019 morning, we waited for a long time and the queue was not organized.
Then after 30mins nobody offered even 1 glass of water, then we asked for it and we waited for so long, that is very poor customer service.
The assistant who served us seems like he doesn't want to serve us, he was not so accommodating.
After we paid he just left us there without even saying anything, it was so unprofessional unlike what we experienced in Dubai, Paris and Verona.
For sure we will not go back to the same store, we like the brand so much but it's way better to get it from other stores with more professional employees.
