V	Valerio Spezzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Civita si trova questo ristorante dall'ambiente intimo ed elegante, un vero gioiellino di cura del dettaglio e passione. Dalla location al cibo è tutto di ottima qualità, la gentilezza dei gestori e i sorrisi (percepibili anche attraverso la mascherina) rendono l'esperienza culinaria ancora più piacevole. Il cibo, appunto, è cucinato con grande maestria ed eccellente utilizzo delle materie prime, molto ricercate e prettamente del territorio. Ottima la selezione dei vini, consiglio la cantina Cervinago, di Civita. Prezzo in linea con quella che è la ricercatezza, la cura e la qualità dell'esperienza proposta. Ai più fortunati (come me e la mia compagna), la proprietaria offrirà una visita guidata all'interno della struttura, che aiuterà a comprendere meglio ciò che è già palese, la passione per il proprio lavoro. Uno solo è il commento che si può fare a questo ristorante:"l'oste d'arberia rappresenta una piccola eccellenza del settore turistico calabrese, gentilezza, competenza e qualità al servizio del cliente." Spero di tornarci presto! In Civita there is this restaurant with an intimate and elegant atmosphere, a real gem of attention to detail and passion. From the location to the food, everything is of excellent quality, the kindness of the managers and the smiles (also perceptible through the mask) make the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food, in fact, is cooked with great skill and excellent use of raw materials, highly sought after and purely local. Excellent wine selection, I recommend the Cervinago winery in Civita. Price in line with the refinement, care and quality of the proposed experience. For the lucky ones (like me and my partner), the owner will offer a guided tour inside the structure, which will help to better understand what is already evident, the passion for their work. There is only one comment that can be made to this restaurant: "the innkeeper represents a small excellence in the Calabrian tourism sector, kindness, competence and quality at the customer's service." I hope to come back soon!

Location super accogliente, confortevole la seduta, la manager di sala Marianna è una perfetta padrona di casa capace di mettere a proprio agio i suo ospiti e guidarli nella scoperta del territorio. Pochi piatti in menù, ma tutti di ottima qualità, in cui le materie prime vengono sapientemente accostate tra loro. Torneremo ancora One of the few restaurants in the province of Cosenza capable of enhancing the raw materials of the territory. Il menù è composto da poche proposte ( 3 primi, 3 secondi), ma da una vasta gamma di vini locali. Noi abbiamo mangiato un primo e un secondo, e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero ottima. Il primo con la crema di castagne squisito, e squisito anche il secondo. Quest'ultimo forse un po ridotto di dimensioni, ma buonissimo. La cucina è veramente curata, prodotti del territorio ma presentati con un piglio di modernità. Con il tiramisù abbiamo concluso una cena che ci ha lasciati davvero soddisfatti! Se avessimo mangiato anche un po di antipasto sarebbe stato davvero perfetto!!! Il prezzo un po più alto rispetto ai concorrenti della zona, ma la proposta è più sofisticata. Consiglio di visitare questo ristorante, noi ci torneremo sicuramente! Elegant and well-kept place, very nice both inside and out. The menu consists of a few proposals (3 first courses, 3 second courses), but a wide range of local wines. We ate a first and a second, and our experience was really great. The first with the exquisite chestnut cream, and the second exquisite too. The latter perhaps a little reduced in size, but very good. The cuisine is really accurate, local products but presented with an air of modernity. With the tiramisu we concluded a dinner that left us really satisfied! If we had also eaten a bit of appetizer it would have been really perfect !!! The price is a little higher than the competitors in the area, but the proposal is more sophisticated. I recommend visiting this restaurant, we will definitely be back!

I piatti seguono la tradizione con ingredienti a chilometro zero e ricercati, al fine di offrire anche delle rivisitazioni esclusive dei grandi classici. Gli antipasti sono un biglietto da visita decisamente azzeccato, li ho provati entrambi e mi hanno lasciato molto soddisfatto. I primi e i secondi piatti cercano di seguire una stagionalità e di fatto cambiano molto frequentemente, inoltre un punto di forza risiede nella pasta fatta in casa. lo ho provato una pasta con baccalà, pomodorini confit, pan grattato e melanzane decisamente favolosa e a seguire un secondo con il manzo cotto lentamente su crema di patate. I vini sono abbinati con cura grazie alla presenza di un sommelier. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità dei piatti e con il lavoro della ricerca che c'è alla base, inoltre il giudizio sul servizio al tavolo è estremamente positivo. Consiglio a chiunque si trovi in zona di passare da Civita e provare questo fiore all'occhiello che il borgo ha da offrire. The restaurant is located in a completely renovated room that maintains its original charm where a well-kept garden is beautifully displayed inside and is ideal for dining. The dishes follow the tradition with zero kilometer and refined ingredients, in order to also offer exclusive reinterpretations of the great classics. The appetizers are a very good business card, I tried them both and they left me very satisfied. The first and second courses try to follow a seasonality and in fact change very frequently, moreover a strong point lies in the homemade pasta. I tried a pasta with cod, confit tomatoes, breadcrumbs and aubergines definitely fabulous and to follow a second with slow cooked beef on potato cream. The wines are carefully paired thanks to the presence of a sommelier. The prices are in line with the quality of the dishes and with the research work that is at the base, moreover the judgment on the table service is extremely positive. I recommend anyone in the area to go to Civita and try this flagship that the village has to offer.

Il cibo locale ripreso in una chiave nuova, delicata, dal sapore inconfondibile. Il personale cordiale e gentile. Locale caratteristico. Immersed in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy stands a restaurant with Italian haute cuisine. Local food taken up in a new, delicate way, with an unmistakable flavor. The staff were friendly and polite. Characteristic place.

The cuisine, arberesh-inspired, with regional recipes and ingredients captivates. The family restaurant has definitely become one of my favorite places in the region - not least because of the warmth of the family in the restaurant.
