The waitresses are not attentive, they bring me cappuccino and spilled it , never said sorry and didn’t want to change it The sunbeds are broken, all the furniture and stuff is broken and old... They don’t let bring food but don’t write it on the web information, and don’t have breakfast! I have to be hungry?? They charged me 25% for service! And we cannot go to swimming pool without swimming cap, and they sell it in the club for 3€ but don’t write it in the website to take from home!! It’s a horrible place that never respect people , never give comfort for people!!!!! The worst service!

V	Valentina Christine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clown management. Over-priced, dirty, service is SHOCKING but managers need to understand that guests experience relies on SERVICE and the PEOPLE they hire. A guest's whole experience in the hands of a 16 year old snotty teenage waitress who is super rude and clear she doesnt want to be spending her summer working? We are paying customers and we pay your bills, why should we take our business to you? Maybe put your 25% service charge to good use. You need to hire professional staff, not kids, it would GREATLY transform your business. One stupid example... no serviette with the 15 euro "panino", waitresses forget your order, you cannot order because they are too busy texting on their mobile phone with their boyfriend, hair in the espresso, no fork with the salad, dirty water glasses etc etc. You cannot rely on the natural beauty of your trees and location forever. If you charge people 27 euro for entrance I suggest maybe offering a drink included or something. Also, would it kill you to please clean your one and only manual shower, touched by the hands of about 500 people a day? Thanks.

Jacuzzi with a beautiful view(limited to 4 people) and a swimming pool. Food is very expensive. Not for those who can't handle alot of steps. We were told certain sections were closed off at the reception but weren't once we were paid and in as we saw others in them. System is a little unclear. Also certain sunbeds with shade we weren't allowed to use in our section as we were told they were private?!? Just be aware of this before going to avoid disappointment. Overall a nice lido that isn't far from Naples with a different setting to the usual sandy beach lidos along the via Domitiana strip.
