La carta viene letta ma non arriva nemmeno alla richiesta del Pin: la transazione viene interrotta prima. Il servizio clienti di Ing. Direct mi ha confermato che il pos del distributore non ha nemmeno inviato alcuna richiesta di pre-autorizzazione. L'arrogante gestore della pompa asserisce che la colpa è di Ing. Direct, ma la carta di credito è un circuito VISA, indipendentemente da chi l'ha emessa. Tant'è vero che in un altro distributore self-service poco lontano, la stessa carta di credito è stata accettata senza il benché minimo problema pochi minuti dopo.
