★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy anything from this pharmacy. I never received the goods I ordered, their customer services don't respond to e-mail requests, using the chat on the website doesn't help either as they say they will check but nothing happens... I was never reimbursed and will never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever order from here! I ordered something on 7th Jan 2019, still haven't received it. Tried dozens of times to get through on the phone with no luck. Got hold of someone on their instant messenger (which I see has now been changed to an email) and they said they would look in to it but heard nothing. No reply to several emails. Finally got through to someone nearly two weeks ago who said I would be refunded as my order was out of stock but still no money yet.

I have opened a case against them and awaiting resolution.

I did not receive the parcel or the money back.
The team did not come back to me about my refund although I contacted them several times via email. This is unacceptable!
They stole £106 from me and they don't seem to care. Horrible customer care!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online from them, I paid for the cheapest delivery(and the slowest I bet), after 3 days without being provided with tracking number, I emailed them, received an response on the next day, they explain me that they had an logistic problem, caused by too many orders and my order will be send asap. 2 days later(Friday morning) the order has been shipped with DHL express delivery, I've got my order Monday at 12:25. Excellent communication, everything as described, no extra fees, no taxes. Oxford. In total the order arrived in less than 2 weeks after the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is to cover two points: a good and a bad one.
Bad: impossible to talk to the pharmacy, via email, phone number, or anything else. Maybe easier to speak with astronauts than with them. The pharmacy just replied my email when I contacted my bank to cancel the payment because after 4 days of completely silence, with no track number or any position about my order I thought it was a scam, honestly.
Good: as soon as my bank stepped forward to refund the money the pack arrived within one day. Quite impressive!
