★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna consulenza su come vuoi che sia stampata la tua foto, opaco o lucido. Nessun imput su come può uscire la tua foto ... più chiara o più scura .... La mia stampo in A4 ha perso i suoi colori pastello è uscita molto scura, insomma non mi piace più e certamente non la posso usare per esporla al pubblico questo weekend!!!
 No advice on how you want your photo printed, matte or glossy. No input on how your photo can come out ... lighter or darker .... My A4 mold has lost its pastel colors and came out very dark, in short, I don't like it anymore and I certainly can't use it to expose it to the public this weekend !!!

Serious and very professional photographer I took passport photos from them and while I was doing them I happened to ask some technical questions out of personal curiosity, the photographer was very prepared and also very nice, I highly recommend him!

Non scendo nei particolari: la mia esperienza con questa gente è stata assolutamente negativa.
Mi hanno trattato con sufficienza e superiorità, senza la minima idea di quello che può essere il rispetto del cliente che paga profumatamente un lavoro (ben fatto, sottolineo) e che magari fa una domanda per capire....
La prima volta ho ingoiato il loro modo di comportarsi, pensando che a tutti può capitare la giornata storta, ma la seconda conferma inevitabilmente il loro pessimo trend interno.
La mia critica è volta esclusivamente al modo di interfacciarsi con il cliente: assolutamente inadeguato ed irritante. Solo il mio self control mi ha consentito di uscire indenne (ma non nell'animo) da quel negozio, che ovviamente non mi vedrà mai più. Ci sono tanti altri professionisti in giro che sanno cosa vuol dire tenersi la clientela.
A non rivederci "signori".

I don't go into details: my experience with these people has been absolutely negative.
They treated me with sufficiency and superiority, without the slightest idea of what respect can be for the customer who pays handsomely for a job (well done, I stress) and who maybe asks a question to understand ....
The first time I swallowed their way of behaving, thinking that everyone can have a bad day, but the second inevitably confirms their bad internal trend.
My criticism is aimed exclusively at the way of interfacing with the customer: absolutely inadequate and irritating. Only my self-control allowed me to come out unscathed (but not in my soul) from that shop, which obviously will never see me again. There are so many other professionals out there who know what it's like to keep customers.
Not to see us again "gentlemen".
