Do you know when they give it to me ??? 1 month and a half later !!!!!!!! All this only because he was a groupon, if you don't know how to manage promotions, don't do them !!! Having said that after a month and a half, 5 days before the appointment I try to postpone it from 12.00 to 13.00 (1 hour) and this is obviously not possible, for heaven's sake !!! Never is it !!! Everything remains perfect as it is ... the day of the appointment I introduce myself and finally I understand the reason why the gentlemen do not answer the phone ... SIGN I WILL BE BACK IMMEDIATELY because they have quietly gone to have coffee with the customers who are waiting outside (they were so full of appointments that they could not postpone for 1 hour, otherwise the coffee would get cold). It's not over yet ... the frames available for the groupon are very few (for heaven's sake I didn't expect the whole store) and above all of very poor quality ... I choose the least scarce product, I visit and after 3 days they call saying that glasses are ready. I point out that the glasses chosen had very slow splints that you just need to tighten them slightly but I don't worry about it because I say let alone if they don't deliver them to me at least decently. 3 days later I come back to collect the glasses but, of course, they are all happily together at the bar. Having finally returned regenerated from a rich breakfast, they can finally make the enormous effort to deliver the glasses to me in a miserable fabric case (if they gave me a piece of plastic it was better) and obviously taking the glasses I realize that they did not even have the common sense to tighten the cue that was slow.
