★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era stato fatto un buono per il mio compleanno . Per motivi personali importanti non ho potuto utilizzarlo subito. Ho chiesto dopo la scadenza di poter utilizzare il buono o cambiarlo con altro ma non mi hanno dato nessuna possibilita' . Il buono era scaduto ma la cortesia di poter cambiare tipo di servizio e poter ricevere qualcosa in cambio dei soldi spesi non c'e' stata . Pagare e non ricevere nulla comunque non e' corretto . Chiaramente dipende dall'onesta' e dalla gentilezza delle persone che qui' evidentemente non c'e' .
 A coupon had been made for my birthday. For important personal reasons I was unable to use it right away. I asked after the deadline to be able to use the voucher or exchange it for something else but they didn't give me any chance. The voucher had expired but the courtesy of being able to change the type of service and being able to receive something in exchange for the money spent was not there. Paying and not receiving anything however is not correct. Clearly it depends on the honesty and kindness of the people who obviously aren't here.
