Adesso che ho assaggiato la carne acquistata posso dire che è di ottima qualità a prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali. Durante la cottura si ritira pochissimo, il sapore è eccellente e non è ormonata (non trasuda acqua durante la cottura). Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Meat at km 0. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Soprattutto d'estate è possibile acquistare la carne da loro e grigliarla nel giardino attrezzato di fianco al punto vendita. Ci sono tavoli, bbq, punti allestisti con i condimenti necessari e anche una grande piastra dove poter cuocete la piadina. Soprattutto hanno un area attrezzata per i più piccoli con giochi e gonfiabili. Se si amano le grigliate in compagnia questo è il posto giusto. Se decidete di cenare da loro consiglio di portare con se dei prodotti antizanzare perché, essendo in campagna e abbastanza vicino al fiume ce ne sono diverse ?
