★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist maleducatissimo. Mi hanno indirizzato presso il loro punto a Bassano essendo un "pick up point" e, non essendo mai stato prima ho chiesto info all'ufficio in ingresso: succede quindi che il dipendente all'interno si è rifiutato di rispondermi farneticando qualche frase non ben compresa. Ancora oggi ho il dubbio se fosse una persona appartenente alla 104 o qualcuno bisognoso di ferie per la maleducazione ricevuta in quel posto.
PS: un cartello più grande con scritto "pick up poin" accanto al campanello potreste metterlo, così non si deve aver a che fare con certi soggetti.
PPS: il tizio che invece è venuto a prendere il pacco una volta suonato il campanello è stato veloce e gentile, grazie!
 Rude receptionist. They directed me to their point in Bassano as it was a "pick up point" and, having never been before, I asked for info at the office at the entrance: it therefore happens that the employee inside refused to answer me by raving about a few sentences not well including. Even today I have the doubt if it was a person belonging to 104 or someone in need of vacation for the rudeness received in that place.
PS: a bigger sign that says "pick up poin" next to the bell you could put it, so you don't have to deal with certain subjects.
PPS: the guy who came to pick up the package once the doorbell rang was quick and kind, thank you!

Dentro e pieno di stranieri e quindi imaginatevi... vai col 18m in centro a Milano, Torino.. scarichi materasi a mano nelle rotattorie... un casino... roba di matti... 15 comsegne e 10 ritiri al gg.
I've worked for them but they're not serious ... you don't finish the drains you start picking up and then you have to move all the stuff. Inside and full of foreigners and then imagine yourself ... go with 18m in the center of Milan, Turin .. unload mattresses by hand in the rotattories ... a mess ... crazy stuff ... 15 orders and 10 collections per day.
