E arrivato il messaggio che oggi era in consengna. Adesso mi chiamano che non possono consegnare e se ne parla prossima settimana. Cambiate lavoro! Il contatto telefonico riportato nella mail irreperibile, non risponde nessuno nemmeno alle mail inviate all'assistenza clienti. Diffidate anche dei marchi CANDY, HOOVER, ECC. che si affidano a questo corriere, evidentemente non gli importa niente del servizio al cliente. Abbiamo passato la pratica al legale per ottenere il bene a cui abbiamo diritto, sia contro Candy che contro il trasportatore. Outrageous service.
