Unieuro si affida a questa società per la consegna dei prodotti ma ti chiamano il giorno prima per consegnare il giorno dopo, non c'è possibilità di concordare un giorno con tempi un po' più ragionevoli e dipendenti molto scortesi in fase di montaggio. Pessima esperienza e pessima pubblicità per Unieuro, che nelle modalità di consegna specifica tutt'altro. Non comprerò mai più da Unieuro! Bad carrier! One star is too much. Unieuro relies on this company for the delivery of products but they call you the day before to deliver the next day, there is no possibility of agreeing on a day with slightly more reasonable times and very rude employees during the assembly phase. Bad experience and bad publicity for Unieuro, which in terms of delivery specifies anything but. I will never buy from Unieuro again!

Non so come unieuro possa affidarsi ad un'azienda di incompetenti che non si preoccupa nemmeno di rispondere ai loro vari solleciti. Cambiate mestiere! One star is too much! Era inclusa l'installazione ma ho dovuto insistere per farla montare sopra l'asciugatrice. Ma mi chiedo, l'installazione che prevede solo l'inserimento della spina ? Non sono stati professionali. Delivery agreed in the time slot 14:00 / 19:00 but the product delivered in the morning. Installation was included but I had to insist on having it mounted on top of the dryer. But I wonder, the installation that involves only the insertion of the plug? They weren't professional.
P	Patrizia A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non essendo a casa il giorno della prima consegna prevista per il mio frigorifero (acquistato sul sito di Unieuro), ho dovuto ricontattare la ditta per prendere un nuovo appuntamento. La segretaria mi ha detto che sarebbero stati loro a farsi risentire appena avessero avuto nuove consegne in zona. Terrorizzata da ciò e dalle recensioni negativi trovate qui su Google, ho atteso con ansia, ma fortunatamente mi sono ricreduta. Dopo appena 2 giorni mi hanno ricontattato per accordare una nuova consegna. I due tecnici sono arrivati puntuali e sono stati competenti (avevo richiesto l'inversione dell'apertura delle porte del figo) maneggiando con cura l'elettrodomestico e facendo attenzione al parquet. I corrieri sono stati gentilissimi ed educatissimi. Anche il contatto telefonico eccellente. Le 5 stelle di soddisfazione ci stanno tutte. Contattato telefonicamente dieci minuti prima della consegna. L'elettrodomestico mi è stato portato al piano, sballato e ritiro del vecchio. Ragazzi a posto, gentili, si sono offerti di installarlo anche se non era previsto. Tutto portato a mano, perché non c'è l'ascensore. Tutto perfetto. I used this forwarder through an online seller. H	Herosky 99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questi sono i lavori di Log Up Service. Solo 2 stop su 5 hanno fatto presa...e su questi stop era attaccata una staffa con un 77". Inutile dire che me ne sono accorto quando parte della staffa è uscita fuori dal muro e potete immaginare cosa sarebbe successo se non fossi intervenuto subito. Morale della favola mi ha aiutato una persona davvero in gamba (di mia conoscenza e non loro ovviamente) ad effettuare il corretto montaggio della tv e della staffa,dopo che gli raccontai che il tecnico si ripresentò anche con un foglio di scarico di responsabilità in seguito ad un reclamo aperto tramite l'Unieuro. Voleva praticamente togliersi le responsabilità di un montaggio già effettuato in maniera errata ahahah,quindi guardate sempre bene cosa vi fanno firmare (oltre al danno pure la beffa). La mia vicenda è successa l'estate scorsa,acquisto fatto tramite Unieuro,e visto che non ho ricevuto neanche il rimborso del "servizio di montaggio",mi sembra il minimo dover mettere in guardia qualche "potenziale acquirente". Affidatevi quindi a dei veri professionisti,che di certo,non sono loro. Meglio spendere 60 euro in più che trovarsi con la tv per terra,più una parete da rifare.
