Personalmente avevo una mia montatura e l'intenzione di far montare lenti graduate. L'ottico del momento mi ha aiutato a scegliere la tipologia con una certa professionalità. Premetto che altri negozi della stessa tipologia, mi hanno negato la possibilità di montare lenti graduate su di una montatura personale, per cui una stella in più va per questo motivo. Un'altra fattore positivo è stato il costo dell'operazione, 60 euro e i tempi di consegna, 5 giorni. Tornerò!
Located inside the Anteo Shopping Center, the activity is rather tidy and the very courteous staff immediately placed themselves at my disposal. Personally I had my own frame and the intention to have prescription lenses mounted. The optician of the moment helped me to choose the type with a certain professionalism. I state that other shops of the same type have denied me the possibility of mounting prescription lenses on a personal frame, so one more star goes for this reason. Another positive factor was the cost of the operation, 60 euros and the delivery time, 5 days. I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili, cortesi, mi hanno aiutato per un ora e mezza a trovare un paio di occhiali che mi piacessero (ho occhiali da quando avevo 8 anni e ne ho avuti davvero di tutte le forme). Conclusione ? Sono uscita da lì con due paia ? uno da vista e uno da sole a 119euro. Felicissima ,non vedo l'ora di ritirali ?
Kind, courteous, they helped me for an hour and a half to find a pair of glasses that I liked (I have had glasses since I was 8 and I really had all shapes). Conclusion? I came out of there with two pairs ? one for sight and one for only 119 euros. Very happy, I can't wait to pick them up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco esperto. Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da vista ottobre 2020. Ho scelto una montatura non idonea alle lenti ,ma il personale non ha ritenuto informarmi che la montatura è troppo pesante per un occhiale bifocale da tenere tutto il giorno. Sono tornata per
lamentarmi di non essere consigliata ma la risposta di belle parole non mi è servito a niente. Ora mi ritrovo con un paio do occhiali pesantissimi e mi creano bolle dove appoggiano sul naso
E dovrò ricomprare unaltro paio di occhiali.sicuramente non.piu in quel negozio .

Inexperienced staff. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses in October 2020. I chose a frame that is not suitable for the lenses, but the staff did not consider informing me that the frame is too heavy for a bifocal to wear all day. I went back for
complaining about not being advised but the answer of nice words did not help me. Now I find myself with a pair of very heavy glasses and they create bubbles where they rest on my nose
And I'll have to buy another pair of glasses ... definitely not ... in that shop anymore.
