★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale competente e gentilissimo; detto questo la locauto ,in generale non ha nessuna attenzione per i clienti di lungo corso che sono stati importantissimi nel periodo di "vacche magre" del periodo pre vaccino; ora tutto è stato scordato e sacrificato sull'altare del dio denaro.
Tutto questo è legittimo ma come è noto la clientela è volatile e per un'azienda dovrebbe essere considerata come "il fieno in cascina" e non come un limone da spremere
Competent and very kind staff; said this, the locauto, in general, has no attention for long-term customers who were very important in the period of "lean cows" of the pre-vaccine period; now everything has been forgotten and sacrificed on the altar of the god of money.
All this is legitimate but as is well known the customers are volatile and for a company it should be considered as "the hay in the farmhouse" and not as a lemon to be squeezed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella può sembrare poco, in realtà se potessi darei zero, per due motivi:
1) la macchina da me prenotata ieri per 24 ore e pagata ANTICIPATAMENTE online non mi è stata consegnata.
2) il titolare (o responsabile) dell'ufficio di Imperia è, a voler essere gentili, TOTALMENTE inadatto al lavoro a contatto con il pubblico: indisponente, saccente, presuntuoso e troppo occupato con il suo telefono per risolvere un problema con un cliente pagante. Non si fa così. E lo dico in quanto commerciante a mia volta, ma evidentemente con un'etica del lavoro ben diversa dalla sua.
In conclusione questo servizio è ben poco chiaro e al limite della truffa e il personale è stato incapace di risolvere una situazione che mi ha creato ulteriori problemi.
Premesso che mai più mi rivolgerò a voi, mi aspetto quantomento il rimborso della cifra che ho pagato per un servizio che non mi avete concesso.
A star may seem small, in reality if I could I would give zero, for two reasons:
1) the car I booked yesterday for 24 hours and paid in advance online was not delivered to me.
2) the owner (or manager) of the Imperia office is, to be polite, TOTALLY unsuitable for working in contact with the public: annoying, pedantic, presumptuous and too busy with his phone to solve a problem with a paying customer . It's not like that. And I say this as a trader myself, but evidently with a very different work ethic from yours.
In conclusion, this service is very unclear and bordering on scam and the staff was unable to resolve a situation that created further problems for me.
Given that I will never contact you again, I am expecting a refund of the amount I paid for a service that you have not granted me.
