Avevo problemi di umidità sui muri esterni della casa e mi sono affidato ad un rivenditore di zona(Toscana) il quale mi ha consigliato vivamente questa ditta garantendo la buona riuscita del lavoro.
Organizzato il piano dei lavori decido di farmi seguire cmq dall agente di zona della Ditta Locatelli per non avere problemi in seguito. Dopo due mese dalla fine dei lavori cominciamo a vedere strani effetti sulle pareti esterne della casa. Chiamo venditore di zona che mi ha venduto il prodotto e agente di zona della Locatelli e entrambe mi assicurano che quello è il prodotto che sta lavorando e di attendere an ora un po'.
Per farla breve mi ritrovo con l intonaco marcio che si sta lentamente sbriciola fatte tutte le verifiche del caso sulla applicazione corretta del prodotto dal muratore, la ditta Locatelli che dovrebbe garantire il prodotto se ne lava le mani imputato la colpa ad altri fattori. Ho mostrato la relazione della ditta Locatelli ad ingegneri e altri addetti ai lavori e si sono fatti delle sane risate perché anche secondo loro sono solo scuse per non risarcire il danno. Mi vedo, mio malgrado, costretto a rivolgermi al mio legale per tutelarmi. Una delusione totale. Ho messo una stella perché meno non si può...
