★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very couzy place in a old windmill with lovely host, superb quality and variety of food, starting from fresh selection of fish and seafood and then first and second dish of meat and vegetables, with also wide selection of cheese. To end, a lot of very good cakes, fruits and icecream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon and were lucky enough to enjoy dinner in the garden. The inn is beautifully decorated, the structure has been lovingly restored in such a way to appreciate its patina and heritage, and the hospitality is warm and generous. We enjoyed so many extras during our stay such as welcome drinks and snacks, homemade gelato, and plenty of wine from their own vineyard.
The dinner is an endless cascade of delicious and beautifully presented dishes and abundant wine in a romantic setting with candlelight and the sounds of nature and rushing water. Thankfully the meal was paced in such a way that we could go for strolls amongst the beautiful garden and vineyard in between courses to help make space for the next plate. The quality and preparation of the food was incredible- simple yet delicious, and a better meal than the 3 Michelin star dinner we’d had in Modena a few nights prior.
It is worth planning your trip around a dinner at this very special place, if not a stay at their inn. The breakfast is abundant and beautiful as well!
