C	Cristiana Chiarotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato li a pranzo a Pasquetta, quindi qualche contrattempo ci può stare.... Ma segnalo comunque perché ritengo giusto segnalare delle piccole cose che nulla tolgono alla qualità eccellente del cibo. Il flan di montasio era freddo, ci saremmo aspettati un piatto caldo. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato riferito che andava servito freddo, a mio avviso una strana modalità, ma accetto la scelta dello chef. La tartare molto buona, ma senza l'uovo indicato in menù, mi era stato spiegato essere un eccellente uovo di quaglia ma non l'ho trovato, e non c'era nessuna salsina di accompagnamento ma solo un piccolissimo ciuffetto di burro. Le persone al tavolo con me erano già state a mangiare lì, avevano già preso la tartare, ed era stata servita in modo diverso, per questo l'ho ordinata... Mi sarei aspettata una maggior scelta di dolci, solo un dolce a bicchiere alcoolico e una millefoglie... Ma questa è una notazione del tutto personale, da un posto così raffinato mi aspetto un dolce da pasticceria... Resta un bel posto, la qualità del cibo davvero buona e un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. We ate there for lunch on Easter Monday, so there may be some mishap .... But I still point out why I think it is right to point out small things which detract from the excellent quality of the food. The montasio flan was cold, we would have expected a hot dish. We asked for explanations and we were told that it should be served cold, in my opinion a strange way, but I accept the chef's choice. The tartare was very good, but without the egg indicated on the menu, it was explained to me that it was an excellent quail egg but I didn't find it, and there was no accompanying sauce but only a very small tuft of butter. The people at the table with me had already been eating there, had already had the tartare, and it had been served differently, so I ordered it ... I would have expected a greater choice of desserts, just an alcoholic glass cake and a millefeuille ... But this is a completely personal notation, from such a refined place I expect a pastry dessert ... It remains a nice place, really good quality of food and good value for money.

Portion sizes were perfect, and the food was incredibly fresh and prepared with imagination and perfect seasoning. Being that I was on my own I ordered by the glass and the selection was highly enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my meal was exactly what I wanted. I look forward to returning here in better spirits one day.
