Una bella scoperta,migliorerebbe solo,visto il posto la lista dei vini. A very quiet place where you can eat well, good service and also the bill, ideal for couples or dinners for 4/6 people. Ho mangiato una carbonara ottima e tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare la pizza, mi sembrava ottima solo a guardarla! Very pleasant dinner with friends. Scelto per via delle tante recensioni positive,devo ammettere che l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata... Come antipasto abbiamo optato per un tagliere misto e pizza fritta con mortadella e pistacchi,eccellenti entrambi da 10... Per primo abbiamo optato per un pici all'imbriacato e gnocchi con provola e tartufo,a dir poco sublimi,rasenti alla perfezione...10 con la lode. A seguire abbiamo degustato un maialino porchettato che per quanto tenero si scioglieva in bocca,e per un tagliata,che era un tantino dura,ma che purtroppo non è colpa loro,in quanto dipende molto sia dalla frollatura della carne,che dalla macellazione...voto 10 per il maialino,9 per la tagliata. I dessert,2 chicche letteralmente parlando una squisitezza... Il cannolo scomposto eccellente, nulla da aggiungere, delicato nel gusto e nei sapori. La torta Sacher,la preferita della mia compagna,la più buona assaggiata finora.... Il tutto accompagnato da un buona bottiglia di Frascati bio 496,dalla gentilezza del proprietario,sig.Massimo e dalla simpatia del cameriere, disponibile,cordiale e attento. Assolutamente da provare.... Ci rivedremo molto presto.... P.s. lavoro nella ristorazione da sempre,ed uno dei locali dove posso tranquillamente ammettere,ho mangiato meglio. Complimenti. Afterwards we tasted a suckling pig that, however tender it melted in the mouth, and for a cut, which was a little hard, but which unfortunately is not their fault, as it depends a lot on both the maturation of the meat and the slaughter. . vote 10 for the suckling pig, 9 for the tagliata. Quando si mangia così bene non pesa spendere qualcosa in più. Tagliata tenerissima, carbonara cremosa, tiramisù fantastico. Gentilissimo e competente il ragazzo che ci ha serviti. Discovered thanks to the fork, there hasn't been a course with a flaw. All super, from the quality, to the flavors, to the quantity. When you eat so well, it doesn't hurt to spend a little more. Tender tagliata, creamy carbonara, fantastic tiramisu. The guy who served us was very kind and competent.

Our bench, Ivan, spoke English and help me with my words in Italian. Il cibo era delizioso.
