m	moira francioso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assurda da non ripetere...a partire da una stanza per gran parte del pomeriggio tipo frigorifero che ci ha costretto a stare con il giubbotto e poi forno totale da togliere il fiato durante la notte rendendo impossibile il relax e il sonno. Il TOP è arrivato Durante l'aperitivo, dove ci è stata servita la rimanenza di un vino bianco già aperto, tanto è vero che uno dei bicchieri era quasi vuoto ALLUCINANTE!!!! La buona regola vuole che la bottiglia di apra davanti al cliente ,nn dare la rimanenza di un vino che magari era avanzato a qualche tavolo in qualche pasto.La disattenzione totale al cliente e l' incapacità. Per non parlare del fatto che non è stato possibile fare una doccia perché tanto il calcare, l'acqua USCIVA A FILI e la cabina quasi cadeva addosso stesso per bidet e lavandino....per l' amore di Dio!!!!! sconsigliatissimo Absurd experience not to be repeated ... starting from a room for most of the afternoon like a refrigerator that forced us to stay with the jacket and then a total oven to take your breath away during the night making it impossible to relax and sleep. The TOP arrived During the aperitif, where we were served the remainder of an already open white wine, so much so that one of the glasses was almost empty. ALLUCINATING !!!! The good rule is that the bottle is opened in front of the customer, not to give the rest of a wine that perhaps was left over at some table in some meal. Total inattention to the customer and inability. Not to mention the fact that it was not possible to take a shower because both the limestone, the water WAS OUTSIDE and the cabin almost fell on itself for the bidet and sink .... for the love of God !!!!! highly discouraged

Sono stata con i miei ragazzi questo marted 19 aprile 2022 e mercoledì 20..abbiamo preso l'appartamentino adatto per famiglie molto carino,pulito,accessoriato e ben curato nei particolari ....colazione varia e abbondante , con marmellate artigianali deliziose...La proprietaria una persona squisita, gentile e disponibile...Cena eccellente con piatti buonissimi...qualità prezzo ottimo....un saluto a tutti voi da Francesca e figli Courteous and professional staff .. I was with my boys this Tuesday 19 April 2022 and Wednesday 20 .. we took the apartment suitable for families very nice, clean, equipped and well cared for in detail .... varied and abundant breakfast, with delicious artisan jams ... The owner is an exquisite, kind and helpful person ... Excellent dinner with delicious dishes ... quality excellent price .... a greeting to all of you from Francesca and her children

Il cuoco offre piatti interessanti ma poco incline a modifiche e suggerimenti. Il personale poco cortese e decisamente poco disponibile. Bisogna accontentarsi senza replicare. La qualità degli ingredienti è comunque buona. Si paga abbastanza e non sempre meritatamente. Beautiful and welcoming location even if suitable for disabled people only in summer thanks to a terrace on the street. The cook offers interesting dishes but little inclined to changes and suggestions. The staff were not very courteous and very unhelpful. We must be satisfied without replying. The quality of the ingredients is still good. You pay enough and not always deservedly.

Non so se su richiesta mettano a disposizione un piccolo mezzo per trasporto bagagli per ovviare il divieto di transito nel centro storico o in alternativa alcune scale . Comunque consigliato . Very nice structure in a small quiet village about 800 meters. Excellent catering. Very welcoming and attentive staff. I do not know if on request they provide a small vehicle for transporting luggage to obviate the ban on transit in the historic center or alternatively some stairs. Still recommended.

Personale gentilissimo, peccato che facesse un po' troppo freddo, il calorifero era spento, ho mangiato con la sciarpa, ma non è stato un problema.... Ci tornerò sicuramente in estate per godere del panorama dalla veranda adiacente e del fresco, quando in città il caldo sarà insopportabile. A welcoming place, with a beautiful view, despite the fact that we are in winter. Excellent and well presented dishes with adequate prices. Very kind staff, too bad it was a bit too cold, the heater was off, I ate with a scarf, but it wasn't a problem .... I will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the view from the adjacent veranda and the coolness, when in the city the heat will be unbearable.

The staff were helpful and kind, the room was perfectly sized for us for one night, clean, tidy and very comfortable bed and good temperature room on a hot 30'+ degree day , the view overlooking the valley was breathtaking and the location for Fly in the Sky the next morning was brilliant. A view filled 2 minutes away. Ohh and the breakfast is gorgeous. With cereals and juices, to Jams and sweet cakes. And fresh coffee made as you arrive downstairs, very happy morning indeed. The restaurant in the hotel is very popular and the menu looked very tasty. If you have the chance to book a room here, definitely do it!
P	PATRICIA MOORE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rocca Massima's jewel in my opinion. Food & Beverage of finest quality served by friendly staff. The ambient suitable for any kind of lunch or dinner - couples, family or festivities. Must mention the view from up there, it embraces the entire valley towards the sea and if you are fortunate enough to dine on their terrace on a warm summer's night you can see all the lights down below. We haven't slept there as we live nearby but know of people who have and they loved their B&B offer. Thank you
