Claudio, il proprietario, saprà aiutarvi nella scelta, 6 spine a rotazione, tutte artigianali italiane e non solo. Si trova sempre una chicca da farsi spillare oltre che una cantina super fornita. Non aspettatevi menù, se non per il cibo. La lavagna all'ingresso indica le birre disponibili, mentre per le bottiglie divere affidarvi a Claudio. Il locale non è molto grande ma l'atmosfera è stupenda. Nel periodo estivo qualche tavolo viene messo all'esterno, in una piazzetta molto calma. Da visitare se non lo avete ancora fatto! If you are a beer lover, you will love this place! Claudio, the owner, will be able to help you with your choice, 6 rotating plugs, all Italian and not only handcrafted. It is always a treat to be tapping as well as a super wine cellar stocked. Don't expect menus, except for food. The blackboard at the entrance indicates the available beers, while the bottles divere rely on Claudio. The place is not very big but the atmosphere is wonderful. In the summer time some tables are set outside, in a very calm little square. To visit if you haven't done it yet!

Se esistesse la guida Michelin delle birrerie, la locanda sarebbe da 3 stelle. Posto che la line-up delle birre è diversa ogni giorno o per lo meno ogni weekend, le birre sono sempre scelte tra le migliori birre artigianali italiane ed europee. Il proprietario è conosciuto da praticamente tutti i birrai migliori dalla Toscana al Sudtirolo perché gira personalmente mezza Europa per scoprire le migliori chicche che ci siano in circolazione. Perle a volte introvabili in qualunque altro locale della Lombardia ma credo anche oltre. La cucina offre piatti particolari come coppa di maiale, bombette orobiche, hamburger di pecora (il lambretta con salsa alla Geuze e pecorino croccante è il migliore hamburger mai mangiato in vita mia) con materie prime commoventi, spesso andate a scovare di persona nei piccoli alpeggi bergamaschi. Buoni anche gli hamburger di mucca e i dessert spesso prodotti da una pasticceria della zona, a volte con mosto di birra. Un posto veramente accogliente ed eccezionale, se sai capire cosa è una birra vera. Proprietario simpaticissimo. Then you have to pay close attention, you are not entering just any brewery. The owner is known by practically all the best brewers from Tuscany to South Tyrol because he personally travels half of Europe to discover the best goodies out there. Pearls sometimes unavailable in any other place in Lombardy but I think even beyond. The kitchen offers special dishes such as pork coppa, Orobic bombette, sheep burgers (lambretta with Geuze sauce and crispy pecorino is the best burger ever eaten in my life) with moving raw materials, often found in person in the small mountain pastures Bergamo. Cow burgers and desserts often produced by a local pastry shop, sometimes with beer wort, are also good. A truly welcoming and exceptional place, if you know what real beer is. Very nice owner.
