Il proprietario è molto attento e cordiale! Servizio veloce e premuroso. Bravissimi continuate così che chi semina raccoglie! In my opinion that I have a house in the area is the best! Ci ha assecondato in tutto e ci ha sempre riservato il tavolo all'esterno per stare in tranquillità con i nostri cani. Le pietanze sono veramente eccezionali, abbondanti e genuine. Prodotti unici. Il prezzo..... ONESTO. Il personale è veramente simpatico e disponibile in tutte le richieste. CONSIGLIO A TUTTI se siete in zona di fermarvi a degustare i piatti Tipici che offre la cucina. In the week we spent in Rovere ......... we were fascinated by this place. The Vivente menu (Fabio) made us feel like family. Abbiamo assaggiato come primo gnocchetti Abbruzzesi con i fagioli (pasta e fagioli) Lasagna bianca con mortadella e asparagi. Secondo salsicce alla piastra e una bistecca da urlo. Contorno patatine e verdura ripassata Friarielli. veramente al Top. MERITA. So what about ..... All excellent. Fantastic location. Staff always courteous to customers. exceptional products of first quality. We tasted as the first Abbruzzesi gnocchi with beans (pasta and beans) White lasagna with mortadella and asparagus. Primi con porcini e tartufo eccezionali, spezzatino di cervo superlativo come gli arrosticini di pecora. Il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e ospitalità del proprietario. Proprietario gentilissimo e preparatissimo. Cibo ottimo e genuino. Per non parlare poi della qualità dell'olio...da saggiare alle bruschette offerte come entréé di benvenuto. Ottima scelta di vini. Mescita o fermo. Torneremo io e la mia compagna sicuramente, perché oltre ad essere stati veramente bene a livello gustativo; l'atmosfera del locale ricrea quell'ambiente caldo ed accogliente di baita di montagna che nei nostri luoghi sono caratteristici. Magari unico appunto un menù scritto piuttosto che solamente a voce giusto per farsi un'idea di quello che grosso modo può spedire in rapporto a ciò che ordini, tutto "a voce". Il locale è piccolo ma confortevole... sicuramente con i posti all'aperto aumenta la sua capienza. Quando si apre la porta la folata di freddo si sente, manca una sorta di anti porta.
