★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving from Bologna to Lucca we stopped here for lunch. Simple but somewhat stylish decor. Nice bar. Friendly and efficient staff. Lunch special was a large plate containing a portion of lasagna, a pork chop and mashed potatoes. Tasty but not exceptional. Our dogs appreciated the bones. 15 euros. Quite a few local workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay when hiking the Via Della Lana e Della Seta or the Via Degli Dei. The former passes in front of the hotel. If you walk both routes, it is a 10 minutes walk to the connecting path between both paths.
Small supermarket nearby, otherwise 15 min walk to town center.
