★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace, ma con il covid l'organizzazione é pessima. Sto cercando invano di rinnovare o attivare nuove pratiche urgenti per mia madre invalida ed allettata, ma é impossibile accedere. La fila di noi poveri utenti é lunghissima e disorganizzata, xché non c'è personale competente che disciplini le entrate a seconda di quello che si deve fare. Solo un povero vigilante, che non riesce chiaramente ad ottemperare i nostri bisogni. Mi chiedo, xchè non mettere a nostra disposizione dei semplici numeri che indichino il nostro turno? Anche per evitare assembramenti. Fiduciosa in un miglioramento ringrazio.
I'm sorry, but with covid the organization is bad. I am trying in vain to renew or activate new urgent practices for my invalid and bedridden mother, but it is impossible to access. The line of us poor users is very long and disorganized, because there is no competent staff who regulates the revenue according to what must be done. Only a poor vigilance, that fails clearly to fulfill our needs. I wonder, why not put at our disposal simple numbers that indicate our shift? Also to avoid crowds. Confident in an improvement thank you.
