Ampio ingresso con portineria, dove verrà chiesto un documento, verrà provata la temperatura e si compilerà un foglio con il proprio nominativo, vi sarà consegnata anche una mascherina . Il portinaio è una persona gentile . Il parcheggio interno capiente . Di per sé il fabbricato è datato ma in buone condizioni.
