Ho richiesto un balayage che mantenesse la mia base scura e avesse le lunghezze color marrone caldo, precisando di non voler toni sul rosso e soprattutto MOSTRANDO UNA FOTO dell'effetto desiderato. Risultato: ciocche rossicce che partono dalla radice. Spiegata la mia insoddisfazione mi è stato proposto di rifare il lavoro con uno sconto veramente ridicolo e irrisorio. La cosa che più mi sconvolge è che non c'è stata neanche l'umiltà di ammettere l'errore e di riparare senza gravare economicamente su una cliente. Oltre a far subire ai miei capelli un secondo stress con una nuova colorazione avrei dovuto spendere di nuovo quasi la stessa cifra, superando i 200€ totali. Prima e ultima volta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...a me non fa piacere screditare le persone, anzi ti avevo detto che adesso che cominciavo a colorare i capelli avrei avuto bisogno di un parrucchiere definitivo. Con la tua risposta mi vuoi far passare per una bugiarda ma non è così, lasciamo stare il colore, chiunque mi ha visto il giorno dopo non capiva quale fosse e capelli bianchi rimasti li hanno visti anche le tue collaboratrici. Cque ognuno ha le sue opinioni. Poi ti permetti di commentare in quella maniera sarcastica il post di mia sorella, purtroppo anche lei ha avuto la mia stessa esperienza non ha il diritto di dirlo? Su una cosa hai ragione internet serve a questo, anche se vorresti leggere solo cose positive, ma puoi sempre fare quello che hai fatto su fbook bloccare le recensioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata con l'intenzione di fare una tinta del mio colore per coprire i primi capelli bianchi, mantenendo quindi il mio colore alla radice e un balayage sul resto della capigliatura. Ho portato un paio di foto per far capire il risultato che volevo ottenere. Purtroppo mi sono state fatte delle ciocche alternate tipo meches che partono proprio dalla radice e il colore non è quello omogeneo del balayage, quindi mi ritrovo diversi colori in testa. Inoltre i capelli bianchi in parte ci sono ancora. Sono tornata al salone per un confronto e mi è stato proposto di rifare il lavoro con uno sconto di soli 20€. Quindi sevondo loro oltre ai 100 già spesi ora ne dovrei ripagare altri 80...oltre al fatto che il mio capello subirebbe un nuovo stress....mai più ?
