Excellent service and friendliness. I was able to find very special stationery material that I had not been able to find elsewhere. Definitely a high level stationery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não gosto de ir nessa papelaria, o atendimento não é bom, não vejo muita cortesia. Quando pedido qualquer coisa ao proprietário, demonstra antipatia em servir, falta de paciência e gentileza.
A iluminação é um pouco ruim o que não permite ver claramente materiais que estão longe.
Poderiam mostrar mais cordialidade, gentileza e compreensão principalmente com pessoas que falam pouco o idioma italiano.
Principalmente porque quem vem do Brasil não está acostumado com esse tipo de atendimento, já que o mesmo é referência em todo o mundo bom atendimento.
I honestly don't like going to this stationery, the service is not good, I don't see much courtesy. When asked for anything from the owner, he dislikes serving, lack of patience and kindness.
The lighting is a little bad which does not allow you to clearly see materials that are far away.
They could show more cordiality, kindness and understanding especially with people who speak little Italian.
Mainly because those who come from Brazil are not used to this type of service, since it is a reference worldwide good service.
