Oggi, le rivendite di tabacchi non sono solo vendita di sigarette, ma di cartoleria, di giochi al lotto, di pagamenti bollo auto, di giochi al lotto, enalotto e altro. La cassa è solo una e i servizi confluiscono nell unica postazione cassa con tempi di attesa comprensibili ma poco fluidi all utente . Non è critica distruttiva ma un incentivo a modificare le postazioni di pagamento e di attenzione a chi entra nell esercizio per seguire a video l estrazione dei numeri. Se c è uno spazio più ampio, perché non ottimizzare i servizi e gli utenti differenziando le casse e le entrate degli utenti ?

If there is a larger space, why not optimize services and users by differentiating the cashier and the revenue of users?
