Ho una compagna la quale ha da molti anni il succitato studio medico e quindi il medico di base Lo Prete. Spesso mi viene chiesto di andare a ritirare ricette mediche per farmaci o richieste per visite specialistiche e mediamente non sono mai pronte nonostante venga da noi comunicato il mio passaggio con almeno 24 ore di avviso, questo di traduce in code anche di 30 minuti. Scrivo anche di non aver mai visto in faccia la Lo Prete perché l'unica interfaccia è la segretaria (che negli anni è cambiata non ricordo più neppure quante volte), la quale è particolarmente aggressiva e poco rispettosa di chiunque abbia davanti. Alla prima visita dopo 15 giorni dal cambio, la mia compagna viene accolta dalla "gentilissima" segretaria dello studio della Dottoressa che non voleva nemmeno farla entrare perchè le serviva un qualche foglio, non ben identificato, dell'ASL (e meno male che abbiamo i sistemi digitali online...). Nonostate avesse portato il libretto sanitario su chiavetta USB non ne voleva sapere, voleva la carta. Probabilmente non sa leggere un monitor del pc, cosa un po' grave nel 2017. Generalmente una persona si rivolge ad un medico quando sta male, se poi ti accolgono così la prima volta uno può solo peggiorare. Il giorno seguente la mia compagna torna nello studio con il famigerato libretto sanitario su carta e non viene nemmeno visitata dalla Dottoressa ma viene solo "accolta" dalla segretaria per espletare le pratiche della mutua. Come se non bastasse non voleva nemmeno riconoscerle la mutua del giorno precedente, nonostate fosse stata lei a mandarla via. Risultato: oggi cambiamo nuovamente il medico di famiglia. La dottoressa ti visita e ti consiglia, cosa che non è più scontata. Si accede su prenotazione e questo garantirebbe una gestione più fluida dei flussi di persone, se non fosse che tanti pazienti si presentano senza prenotare e pretendono di passare. Il telefono suona incessantemente e anche chi è in attesa e non sente la voce del paziente può capire quante volte chiamano a sproposito e tengono al telefono l'assistente più a lungo del necessario, incuranti di togliere spazio agli altri pazienti, al telefono e in studio. Chi critica dicendo che non ha mai visto la dottoressa è perché non ha mai preso un appuntamento e viene solo a ritirare ricette. Chi critica l'assistente/segretaria non ha voluto vedere e sentire a quante e quali richieste si trova a dover dare una risposta qualificata e cortese. A volte mi chiedo come faccia a non perdere la pazienza e, se ogni tanto ricevete una risposta un po' brusca, provate prima a chiedervi se voi non avete nessuna responsabilità.
