Ogni portata è un'esperienza di livello. Ah, se amate la carnazza trovate selezioni e modalità di cottura (non è una cosa secondaria) al top. Provatelo e diventerà un punto di riferimento come lo è diventato per noi. Salvia in tempura e Tartare al mojito spettacolari!! La carne di altissimo livello e qualità la grigliata mista con wagyu finale qualcosa di sublime! Ho ancora l’acquolina in bocca a pensarci! Mio figlio ha preso la pizza guanciale morbida ad altra idratazione e oltre 36h di lievitazione solo a guardarla l’avrei mangiata anche io! Delightful evening, we were pampered and ate really well welcoming local and super friendly staff! Spectacular sage tempura and mojito tartare !! The meat of the highest level and quality the mixed grill with final wagyu something sublime! My mouth is still watering to think about it! My son took the high-hydration soft cheek pizza and after 36 hours of leavening, just looking at it I would have eaten it too!

Personale graziosissimo, giovanile e molto professionale e soprattutto preparato. Qualità del cibo ottima e creazione di piatti all'avanguardia molto molto squisiti. Per gli amanti della carne di ottima qualità lo consiglio assolutamente, cotture perfette e da leccarsi i baffi. I prezzi sono adeguati a ciò che si mangia, d'altronde sappiamo benissimo che la qualità si paga, ma con la consapevolezza che si esce dal locale soddisfattissimi. Assolutamente consigliato!!! ???? Excellent quality of food and creation of very very delicious avant-garde dishes. For lovers of excellent quality meat I absolutely recommend it, perfect cooking and mouth-watering. Sin dagli antipasti ci si accorge della qualità del cibo e del rispetto della materia prima, ogni piatto equilibrato e ogni boccone un'esperienza unica...un viaggio incredibile attraverso i sapori del mondo. Ci tornernó? ASSOLUTAMENTE SI !! Cozy and elegant place, exquisite and prepared staff and then HER, the protagonist of the evening ... THE MEAT. Right from the starters you realize the quality of the food and the respect for the raw material, each dish balanced and each bite a unique experience ... an incredible journey through the flavors of the world. Non è la prima volta che vado a mangiare carne, sono piuttosto un appassionato, ne ho provate di cotte e di crude(quelle che preferisco). Per me, Lo Monaco è un ristorante senza eguali. Cordialità, ospitalità, generosità, allegria, quasi come stare in famiglia. Ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere personalmente il cuoco, Giovanni Lo Monaco, di sentire la sua storia meravigliosa e di pendere dalle sue labbra per quanta passione e voglia mi abbia trasmesso. Potrei star ore ad elogiare quanto personalmente sia unico nel suo genere e probabilmente inimitabile. Inimitabile come le sue carni, rare se non uniche nel panorama palermitano. Qualità eccellente, carne da bava alla bocca, scelta del menù volutamente ristretta ma efficace nel momento in cui decidi di mangiare una bella fetta di carne grigliata con olio sale e erbe aromatiche (se proprio devi). La semplicità regna sovrana, la cura della materia prima e il rispetto nel cucinarla è imparagonabile ad ogni altro ristorante. Sarà che sono un tipo romantico, ma amo quando in cucina oltre all’esperienza ci si mette cuore e anima. Voglio fare pubblicamente i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff, mi avete regalato una serata meravigliosa. I think one day like this I will never forget it. It is not the first time that I go to eat meat, I am quite a fan, I have tried cooked and raw ones (the ones I prefer). For me, Lo Monaco is a restaurant like no other. Friendliness, hospitality, generosity, cheerfulness, almost like being with family. I had the opportunity to personally meet the chef, Giovanni Lo Monaco, to hear his wonderful story and to hang on his lips for how much passion and desire he transmitted to me. I could spend hours praising how personally one of a kind and probably inimitable it is. Inimitable like its meat, rare if not unique in the Palermo landscape. Excellent quality, mouth-watering meat, deliberately restricted but effective menu choice when you decide to eat a nice slice of grilled meat with oil, salt and aromatic herbs (if you really have to). Simplicity reigns supreme, the care of the raw material and the respect in cooking it is incomparable to any other restaurant. Maybe I'm a romantic type, but I love it when you put your heart and soul into the kitchen in addition to experience. I want to publicly congratulate all the staff, you have given me a wonderful evening.

Accoglienza calorosa, ambiente luminoso, bagni pulitissimi, cucina a vista meravigliosa. La salvia in tempura asciutta e croccantissima, tartare al mojito INCREDIBILE, tagliate di carni pregiate cotte alla perfezione. Per concludere in bellezza una sfera di cioccolato con mousse di ricotta, pere e pistacchio deliziosa. Bravi, anzi BRAVISSIMI !!! SUPER CONSIGLIATO !!! PASSION, PROFESSIONALISM AND ELEGANCE. Consiglio assolutamente di ordinare la salvia in tempura come antipasto, sono rimasto molto colpito nonostante la semplicità del piatto. Sicuramente tornerò per provare altre carni o magari anche le pizze. All very good and of excellent quality. Days later I still think how much I liked the Angus tagliata. I absolutely recommend to order the tempura sage as an appetizer, I was very impressed despite the simplicity of the dish. I will definitely come back to try other meats or maybe even the pizzas.
