È sicuramente una cantina che non ha moltissimi anni di vita, ma loro hanno saputo sfruttare sempre questo aspetto come un pregio e MAI come un difetto. Già, perché sono l’esempio lampante e diretto di come non si finisca mai di imparare, di come ogni nuovo giorno sia buono per apprendere segreti e cultura di quel nettare quale è la vite e tutto il procedimento che poi porta all’imbottigliamento del loro prezioso vino. Consigliare questa azienda vinicola è qualcosa che farei ad occhi chiusi. Per cui, se ciò che mi è consentito fare è mettere 5 stelle, allora è quello che farò sicuramente. Provare per credere, non ve ne pentirete! Well, what to say: when I think of Cantina Lo Giudice, first of all professionalism and competence at high levels come to mind. It is certainly a winery that does not have many years of life, but they have always been able to exploit this aspect as a value and NEVER as a defect. Yes, because they are the clear and direct example of how we never stop learning, of how every new day is good for learning the secrets and culture of that nectar which is the vine and the whole procedure that then leads to the bottling of their precious wine. Recommending this winery is something I would do with my eyes closed. So if what I'm allowed to do is put 5 stars, then that's what I'll definitely do. Try it for yourself, you won't regret it!
