★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In periodo di ordini libri scolastici telefono, per sapere del"arrivo o meno di un libro, una signora molto gentile mi risponde che non dovevo telefonare per farle perdere tempo ma bensì andare al loro negozio. Ma scusate perché perdi tempo, del tempo che dedichi a me non ti viene un introito?
Consiglio cambiate libreria, dalle nostre parti si dice " ci sunnu tanti schecchi a fera" tradotto " ci sono tanti asini alla fiera"
During the period of ordering school books, I call to find out about the arrival of a book, a very nice lady replies that I shouldn't call to waste her time but go to their shop. But sorry because you waste time, the time you dedicate don't you get an income?
I recommend you change your library, in our part of Italy they say "ci sunnu many schecchi a fera" translated "there are many donkeys at the fair"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un libro a metà luglio per preparare un concorso ma non è mai arrivato, ho chiesto informazioni e sollecitato più volte ma mi hanno sempre rimandato alla "prossima settimana", e nel frattempo sono passati tre mesi. Avrei preferito un sincero "no". Alla fine l'ho ordinato su Amazon e mi è arrivato in 24 ore. A saperlo lo avrei preso a luglio direttamente lì. Mi hanno solo fatto perdere tempo.
Comportamento poco professionale, non tornerò più.
I requested a book in mid-July to prepare a contest but it never arrived, I asked for information and asked several times but they always sent me back to "next week", and in the meantime three months have passed. I would have preferred a sincere "no". In the end I ordered it on Amazon and it arrived in 24 hours. To know I would have taken it in July directly there. They just wasted my time.
Unprofessional behavior, I will never return.

A library can never be ugly, small but there is a lot to see .. and cmq I also found the bookmark I was looking for ... well assorted and the staff is very kind, a nice surprise because I didn't know there was one in that point
