Li contatto per un miscelatore da sostituire e rispondono immediatamente con gentilezza e professionalità, indicando addirittura un preventivo e i dettagli tecnici del lavoro da eseguire. Peccato che il giorno fissato per l'intervento non si presenta nessuno e neanche per i giorni a seguire. Avendo pagato in anticipo chiedo spiegazioni e mi rispondono di aver avuto tutta una serie di disguidi che gli hanno impedito di poter effettuare il lavoro. Chiedo quindi il rimborso che loro stessi mi propongono per rimediare al disguido, ma anche in questo caso, dopo aver inviato le coordinate bancarie, dei soldi neanche l'ombra. Chiedo nuovamente spiegazioni e ricevo risposte improbabili, ma affermano che in ogni caso mi rimborseranno secondo delle loro fantomatiche tempistiche. Sono passati diversi mesi e neanche rispondono più. Sono totalmente irreperibili, non hanno una sede fisica aperta al pubblico e non rispondono in chat pur leggendo i messaggi.
