Una volta arrivati sul posto facciamo in primis un sopralluogo per capire come ottimizzare il lavoro e lavorare al meglio, ma d’altronde c’è anche del lavoro faticoso e fisico che consiste nello scaricare i materiali che ci occorre. Una volta finito lo scarico sballiamo il materiale e si smista per tipologia, si consulta il disegno per il montaggio e poi si può iniziare. In base al lavoro che ci è stato assegnato si utilizzano vari attrezzi come scale, avvitatori e taglierine per sistemare i pezzi da modificare e adattare al prodotto da montare My typical working day consists of: going to the construction site with my colleagues, we can be from 2 to 4 people, it all depends on the required need. Once we arrive on site, we first of all make an inspection to understand how to optimize the work and work better, but on the other hand there is also some tiring and physical work that consists in downloading the materials we need. Once the unloading is finished, we unpack the material and sort by type, consult the drawing for assembly and then you can start. According to the work assigned to us, various tools such as ladders, screwdrivers and cutters are used to arrange the pieces to be modified and adapted to the product to be assembled

Entrando a far parte della LL MONTAGGI mi ha portato in questi anni a migliorarmi di anno in anno fino a diventate quello che sono oggi (PREPOSTO) cercando di svolgere il mio ruolo nel miglior modo possibile per il bene della azienda. Consiglierei si a qualcuno a diventare dipendente della azienda per la sua serietà dimostrata e puntualità del salario. I started my relationship with ll montaggi on 16 6 2011 after spending 5 years for a company that dealt with interior furnishings. Becoming part of LL MONTAGGI has led me over the years to improve myself from year to year until I become what I am today (SUPERVISOR) trying to play my role in the best possible way for the good of the company. Lavorare per L.L. montaggi è sempre stato un pregio e un vanto perché restando su cose molto pratiche lo stipendio è sempre arrivato puntuale. Lavoriamo sempre con attrezzi nuovi e completi e se serve qualcosa ci viene sempre acquistato e c’è ancora un rapporto con il titolare cosa molto importante. Il mio lavoro in L.L. montaggi consiste in un po’ tutto dallo scarico al montaggio alla tracciatura Abbastanza vario e mai monotono perché si cambia spesso tipo di lavoro e soprattutto luogo di lavoro . Consiglierei ad altri di lavorare con noi perché siamo una squadra e questo è un vanto specialmente all’estero con il Made in Italy in forte crescita e professionalmente siamo molto professionali e capaci di fare anche cantieri complicati, questo non tutti i gruppi di montaggio sono in grado di affrontare cantieri complicati con professionalità. Speriamo di ritornare a lavorare a pieni regimi per poter mettere in pratica la buona volontà di crescere e di mettersi in gioco I've been working for L L montaggi for almost 7 years now. Working for L.L. montaggi has always been an advantage and a source of pride because by staying on very practical things, the salary has always arrived on time. G	Giuseppe Prencipe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io lavoro per la LL MONTAGGI dal 2013 dopo che l'azienda per cui lavoravo ha chiuso per mancanza di lavoro dopo molti anni nel settore vendita mobili a privati. Lavorare in LL MONTAGGI significa molto perchè mi ha insegnato molte cose e mi insegna ogni giorno cose nuove come improvvisare, risolvere e creare, ti apre molto la mente anche per la vita di tutti i giorni e la creatività personale. Negli anni ho consigliato a un paio di amici a provare ad entrare in questa azienda,facendo 1000 raccomandazioni sul fatto di non farmi fare figure con titolare e colleghi... Ma per durare in questa azienda devi essere determinato e con carattere perchè qui non si gioca ma si produce è non si ha quasi mai tempo per le chiacchiere e si sono rivelati inopportuni a questo lavoro. Dopo 7 anni finalmente sono riuscito a guadagnarmi un piccolo ruolo in azienda data la mia passione nella pulizia e manutenzione auto moto, la gestione degli automezzi aziendali. Inoltre dal 2021 sarò un nuovo Preposto di cantiere, un’ulteriore sviluppo di crescita alla mia carriera professionale. Mi sono immediatamente appassionato al lavoro, applicandomi con pazienza e senso di responsabilità’. Nel 2019 sono diventato Preposto e questo ha significato nuovi doveri (un contatto diretto con il progettista o il cliente, una squadra da gestire...) ma anche diversi cambiamenti positivi. Sono molto soddisfatto e grato di questa opportunità’.
