Ho affittato un appartamento tramite il loro ufficio, e dato che il proprietario dell immobile non può occuparsene, loro gestiscono tutto. Prima di affittare, mi è stato detto da loro che il garage ( pieno di mobili vecchi del proprietario), poteva essere svuotato, poi invece dopo aver firmato il contratto hanno detto che quelli sono i mobili dell appartamento, (perché risulta ammobiliato), rendendo cosi inutilizzabile il garage che sto pagando... Si sono anche presi carico di fare le volture, sbagliando a compilare i contratti, cosi facendo per i primi mesi non ho ricevuto bollette, dovendo così pagare dei supplementi di tasca mia. Ah si, non sapevano nemmeno che l'acqua era condominiale, l'ho scoperto tramite l'amministratore del condominio. Pessimi, ogni volta che li contattavo per queste questioni, mi sviavano in ogni modo... Professionalità zero

I rented an apartment through their office, and since the owner of the property cannot take care of it, they manage everything. Before renting, I was told by them that the garage (full of the owner's old furniture) could be emptied, then after signing the contract they said that those are the furniture of the apartment, (because it is furnished), making so unusable the garage I am paying for ... They also took charge of doing the transfers, making a mistake in filling out the contracts, in doing so for the first few months I did not receive any bills, thus having to pay extra out of my own pocket. Ah yes, they didn't even know that the water was shared, I found out through the condominium administrator. Bad, every time I contacted them for these matters, they misled me in every way ... Zero professionalism
