J	Joy De Sario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono o meglio ero cliente abituale del bar gestito dalle stesse persone.Ho mandato per due volte due coppie diverse in questa struttura, la prima volta hanno avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata e una colazione scarsa. Ho dato la seconda chance ma è andata ancora peggio: avevo pagato personalmente la camera dieci giorni prima con la carta (per fortuna). Ho chiamato diverse volte qualche giorno prima per chiedere info sul check in senza mai ricevere risposta, idem ai messaggi e all'arrivo, gli ospiti senza saperlo si sono recati in cassa e gli hanno fatto ripagare la stessa somma senza alcuna ricevuta e hanno anche pagato una consumazione minima. Hanno soggiornato e avuto gli stessi problemi con l'aria condizionata non funzionante. Appena riscontrato della situazione del doppio pagamento, abbiamo chiamato il bar sottostante avendo la stessa gestione per capire del disguido, dato che al cellulare non mi rispondevano. mi hanno lasciato 2 min e mezzo in attesa e poi mi hanno detto che sarei potuta passare dal bar per il rimborso. Cosi ho fatto e al bar ho dovuto rispiegare tutto, mi sembrava che non mi stesse credendo e ho dovuto mostrare la transazione effettuata con la carta e solo alla fine mi hanno dato i soldi indietro. Si scusano compiacendomi e infine ci chiedono se stessero offrirci qualcosa. prendiamo un'acqua una spremuta e un succo dopo 20 minuti di attesa e infine in cassa ci fanno ripagare. ridicoli, mal organizzati e problemi di comunicazione tra il personale!! I am or rather I was a regular customer of the bar run by the same people.I sent two different couples to this establishment twice, the first time they had problems with air conditioning and a poor breakfast. I gave the second chance but it went even worse: I had personally paid for the room ten days earlier with the card (luckily). I called several times a few days before to ask for info on check in without ever receiving an answer, ditto to the messages and upon arrival, the guests without knowing it went to the cashier and made them pay the same amount without any receipt and they also paid a minimum consumption. They stayed and had the same problems with the air conditioning not working. As soon as we found out about the double payment situation, we called the bar below having the same management to understand the problem, since they did not answer me on the cell phone. they left me 2 and a half mins waiting and then told me I could drop by the bar for a refund. So I did and at the bar I had to re-explain everything, it seemed to me that he was not believing me and I had to show the transaction made with the card and only at the end they gave me my money back. They apologize by pleasing me and finally ask us if they were offering us something. we take a water, a squeeze and a juice after 20 minutes of waiting and finally at the cash desk they make us pay back. ridiculous, badly organized and communication problems between the staff !!
W	Wendy H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il était indiqué que l’hôtel était en travaux mais ne nous attendions pas à loger dans un immeuble avec des câbles électriques traînant, des tuyauX d’eau apparents, des poubelles jonchant le hall et des trous dans les murs. la partie restauration est elle en parfait état, il aurait été plus judicieux de condamner les chambres le temps des travaux plutôt que d’imposer cela aux visiteurs. La chambre est décente mais est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos.
